It is the same layout as the week view in the moj app.
Why are the people in columns?
Because the question at the fridge is hardly ever “what is on Tuesday”. It is “who picks up Mo” and “when is it my turn”. A weekly planner with seven boxes can’t answer that.
You read down the sheet for the day and across it for the person. Anything that names nobody goes on the right, under “All”.
The week view in moj is divided the same way, for the same reason. An appointment appears in the columns of the people taking part. A task appears in the column of the person responsible. The bill and Grandma Ilse’s birthday belong to everyone.
What can’t the template do?
Three columns are three columns. If you want to plan for grandparents and godparents too, you need a second sheet. In the app only the household gets columns of its own, and the paper shows why.
And a paper plan doesn’t change when your week does. If the dentist appointment moves, it still says Thursday. It goes on saying so until someone prints a new one.
As of 12 October 2026. In the Swiss App Store since 6 October 2026. Germany and Austria will follow, and Android by the end of the year.

Short answers
What goes in the “All” column?
Anything that concerns nobody in particular: the family meal, the bins, a bill or a birthday. moj follows the same rule. Anything that names nobody belongs to everyone.
Why days as rows and people as columns?
Because the question at the fridge is almost always “who has what when” and not “what is on Tuesday”. You read down the sheet for the day and across it for the person.
Are three columns for people enough?
For a household they usually are. More columns means narrower columns. Nobody writes an appointment in a column two centimetres wide. If you need more, print two sheets.
Is there a version without paper?
Yes, the week view in moj. It has the same rows and columns. An appointment goes into the right column by itself as soon as someone sends it.
Weekly planner template by moj, as of 12 October 2026. All the lists: printable templates. To go with it: the shopping list and the cleaning schedule. Without paper: the family calendar app.
What if the list did the remembering?
moj is the family planner you simply send things to: by WhatsApp, as a voice message or as a photo. It all ends up sorted, where everyone can see it.
In the Swiss App Store since 6 October 2026. Germany and Austria will follow, and Android by the end of the year.
