You can also do it in the app
Open Settings in moj and tap “Delete account” at the bottom. There you see first what happens to each family space.
What goes and what stays
- The address and name on your account are made unreadable at once.
- What you kept for yourself with “Only me” is deleted with the account.
- What you added for the family stays there under your name.
- A family space without another adult in it ends with you. Helpers and children’s phones lose it as well.
- If you are the only admin in a space, the adult who used moj most recently takes over. They are told.
After 30 days everything is deleted for good. Until then you can bring your account back by signing in to the app with the same address.
You cancel moj Plus yourself
Deleting does not end a subscription. So cancel it first where you bought it.
